KLIMEO teambuilding in Monínec

At the beginning of this year, our Czech colleagues from KLIMEO met in Monínec, where they spent a few days full of rest and fun. The program also included a workshop. The main topic was the company’s direction, vision, and goals for 2025. We reviewed the past year, analyzed our strengths and challenges, and set the course for the coming period. This workshop helped us better understand how we can grow together in KLIMEO and achieve our goals.

Alongside the work activities, we also enjoyed well-deserved relaxation. Wellness and skiing gave us a great opportunity to recharge, strengthen team spirit, and gain new energy. It was the perfect combination of effective work and quality time spent with colleagues.

We believe that this teambuilding gave our colleagues the motivation and drive to tackle the challenges that await us in 2025!
