KLIMAK Internship Academy
As June comes to an end, it’s a tradition at KLIMAK to look back at what we’ve achieved and hand out our very own “KLIMAK report cards”. We have successfully wrapped up another year of practical training within our long-term Internship Academy project.
During the past school year, 17 talented students from our long-term partner vocational schools gained real experience and great work habits with us. Guided by our top experts and mentors, they got to work on huge, real-world projects and turn their school theory into actual technology solutions in the HVAC sector.
More than just an internship – investing in our future colleagues
For KLIMAK, the Internship Academy is not just about formal school cooperation. It’s our strategic investment in the future. Our goal is to naturally grow our future colleagues, passing on our internal know-how and company values.
The results from this year prove that this concept really works:

New team members: A few fresh graduates did such a great job during their internship that right after graduation, they are officially joining KLIMAK full-time!

Keep on growing: Our younger students are not going anywhere! They will continue their practical training with our teams in the next school year as well
