ASB Developer of the Year 2026
This year, ASB Magazine once again brings an overview of the finest achievements on the Slovak construction and architectural market. In the ASB Developer of the Year category within the administrative segment, three dominant projects by renowned developers were introduced.
We are immensely proud that KLIMAK, as a provider of HVAC and plumbing solutions, contributed to the execution of all 3 nominated projects.
Nominated projects and our participation:
ARKON – Pošta 1930 (Košice)ARKON delivered a comprehensive restoration of one of the most prominent functionalist buildings in Slovakia. Located in the heart of Košice, this national cultural monument preserved its authentic character and numerous original details, while transforming into a modern A+ standard administrative complex with an A0 energy certificate.

Lucron Group – VYDRICA Offices (Bratislava)The nomination for Lucron Group was brought by the VYDRICA Offices project, a distinctive administrative building forming the entrance gateway to Vydrica. Dynamic architecture, an intimate character, and an unconventional concept of offices offered for private ownership set it apart from conventional Bratislava business centers.

YIT Slovakia – ZWIRN OFFICE (Bratislava) YIT Slovakia earned their nomination with the ZWIRN OFFICE project. The building builds upon the industrial heritage of the former thread factory while reflecting the modern flow of an urban block. Its striking cantilever, flexible office floors, and seamless connection to an open inner courtyard complete a district that is gradually transforming a former industrial zone into a vibrant part of the city.

The public will also vote for the winner.
