Connecting technology and nature: Multifunctional building T68

The Green Atrium project in Bratislava-Ružinov creates a link between technology and nature. The multifunctional building T68 extends the neighboring residential building with 8 above-ground floors containing offices and 25 apartments. Our good team has been working on the project since June last year.

Thermal comfort is ensured by ceiling cooling/heating, specifically by activating the concrete core (CCA system). The heat source consists of two water-to-water heat pumps with a total output of 402 kW, located in the plant room of the adjacent Green Atrium building.

Ventilation of the apartments will be handled with negative pressure, with air exhaust provided by radial fans in bathrooms. The offices, by contrast, will be ventilated centrally by an HVAC unit from Remak with an air volume output of 5,300 m³/h. We are currently installing HVAC ductwork in the office areas and risers for heating/cooling. Completion of the project is scheduled for May this year.
