We offer comprehensive services in the field of care and maintenance of the technical equipment of buildings. The portfolio of services consists in tasks related to design, supply and implementation processes, mainly to maintenance and management services.

Qualified staff can evaluate the lifetime of the installed technology, find a solution that takes into account the client’s budget and ensure then equipment optimisation the user’s.

We provide the following service options:

  • one-off service – repairs and statutory inspections, also for new customers without a contract, based on an order
  • emergency service – provided to customers under regular service agreements, including telephone guidance for customer staff to avert critical situations.

Contract partners are offered service interventions with on-site problem identification under the individual terms set out in the service agreement, 365 days a year.

  • refrigeration, cooling stands – chillers, condensers, condensing units, VRV, split units, precision air-conditioning, cold exchangers, circulation pumps, cooling distribution systems and their components
  • heating, stationary and suspended boilers, heat pumps, circulators, heat exchangers, solar systems, heat distribution systems and their components
  • water treatment plants, pressure filling stations
  • measurement and control, master systems, local systems, heat, cold and water meters, data collection
  • power and low-current installations for HVAC systems
  • we also carry out inspections of fire dampers, expert inspections, and tests in accordance with Act No. 508/2009
  • Coll., control in accordance with Acts No. 286/2009 Coll., 321/2012 Coll., and 348/2015 Coll., reporting obligations according to Decree No. 314/2009 Coll., and inspections of heating and air-conditioning systems according to ActNo. 314/2012 Coll.
