KLIMAK carries out a new project – GANZ HOUSE, Bratislava

Ganz House is a modern project in the heart of Bratislava that combines offices, housing, and retail spaces. It is located in the attractive Eurovea City district, close to the historic center and the riverfront.

The building will soon be equipped with modern heating and air-conditioning by KLIMAK. The office areas will use a combination of TABS and fan coil units with Uponor pipes, enabling efficient heat transfer. In the apartments, ceiling radiant systems, radiators, and underfloor heating will ensure maximum comfort. In addition, high-performance Uponor panels will be installed and connected to the concrete ceiling through power sockets. Each socket will have its own connection directly to the manifold.

In the common areas, radiators will be used for heating and fan coil units for air-conditioning, supplemented by HVAC units. The service areas will be heated with panel radiators.

Thermal energy for the entire complex will be provided by a heat transfer station located on the first basement level.
