What is the Internship Academy?
Internship Academy is our comprehensive dual-education system, built on cooperation with schools and students. At KLIMAK, we teach students how to turn theoretical knowledge into practice directly on employer projects, which always guarantees broader skills development in line with labor market requirements.
Why did we set it up?
By creating the Internship Academy, we are determined to train future employees. After completing the academy, participants will fully meet our qualification requirements. In this way, we also address the shortage of skilled labor on the job market.
Which schools do we work with?
The choice of vocational school naturally matches KLIMAK’s field of activity, so that students engaged in the Internship Academy gain knowledge relevant to their study program. Currently, we cooperate with vocational high schools in Zlaté Moravce, Nitra, and Bratislava.

What do we offer students?
