KLIMAK kicks off cooperation with SPU Nitra

On Monday, April 20, we officially kicked off our new educational program at the Faculty of Engineering of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, aimed at connecting student life with real industry experience. With an opening lecture led by our colleagues, we launched a collaboration that brings together the academic environment and real-world projects from practice.

We are running the program as part of the Academy of Practice initiative, through which we aim to give students the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge directly in real-world practice and get involved in solving concrete projects already during their studies.

We’ve long been focused on developing young talent, and through projects like this, we’re also preparing future colleagues. Students who complete the program gain hands-on experience and skills that match our requirements, which opens the door for them to join our company after finishing their studies.
