Hotel Smrekov Is Taking Shape

A new hotel and wellness complex, Smrekov, is currently under development in the Lúčky spa area, with our team contributing to the project. As construction progresses, it is already clear that it will deliver modern facilities for guests and set new standards for indoor comfort.

Our role is to deliver technological solutions for heating, cooling, and ventilation to ensure the building operates efficiently and reliably while providing a comfortable indoor climate year-round. We place strong emphasis on energy-efficient systems and seamless operation, even in the demanding conditions of a wellness environment.

Work is currently focused mainly on the building’s technical infrastructure, including the construction of the central plant room and the gradual installation of underfloor systems. The project is in the shell construction completion phase, with individual technologies being implemented according to the planned schedule.
