A mechanical room completed in just 10 days? With prefabrication, it’s a reality. On the Chalupkova Offices project in Bratislava, we managed to cut installation time by 50–70% compared to traditional methods.

The key was thorough preparation—from a precise BIM model to the off-site prefabrication of piping assemblies in cooperation with Synklad Energy. On-site installation was carried out without any welding, thanks to the use of Victaulic coupling systems.

Eliminating welding significantly reduces installation risks, including fire hazards, while also ensuring higher quality and greater installation accuracy. Prefabrication thus enables a faster, safer, and more efficient construction process.
