KLIMAK COMFORT division has secured a major project in Piešťany

Our team from the KLIMAK COMFORT division is reporting a successful start to a new project. We will be fully managing the implementation of all HVAC systems for Lakeside 36, a modern apartment building located on the banks of the Sĺňava water reservoir in Piešťany.

We are exclusively responsible for the technological systems of this luxury 4-story new build featuring 36 apartments.

• Heating and cooling: REHAU underfloor heating, modern thermally activated building systems (TABS / BKT) for ceiling cooling on the 4th floor, and rough-in for air conditioning units

• Source of heat and cooling: An eco-friendly cascade of Carrier heat pumps, delivered in cooperation with our subsidiary, Climaport.

• Ventilation: Local BSK ZEPHYR heat recovery units for healthy air in the apartments

• Plumbing: Comprehensive water supply lines and Geberit Silent sound-insulated sewage systems, including earthworks
