Our KLIMAK COMFORT division has secured an exciting contract in Piešťany. In the new Lakeside 36 apartment building, we will completely manage the delivery of all MEP disciplines – ventilation, cooling, heating, plumbing, and related earthworks.

This modern 4-story new building will offer 36 exclusive apartments. Our mission is to breathe life into this property and ensure ultimate thermal and living comfort for its future owners.

What are we completely delivering for the Lakeside 36 project?

• Heating and cooling source: We are supplying eco-friendly Carrier Aquasnap air-to-water heat pumps from our subsidiary CLIMAPORT, complemented by an electric boiler and Herz pump groups

• Heating and premium radiant ceiling cooling: We are installing REHAU RAUTHERM S underfloor heating throughout the entire building. On the topmost 4th floor, we are also installing modern radiant ceiling cooling (TABS), while preparing the infrastructure for conventional air conditioning in the remaining apartments

• Ventilation and heat recovery: Healthy indoor air in the apartments will be provided by BSK ZEPHYR 160 decentralized heat recovery units, while we are also managing the ventilation for garages, kitchens, and bathrooms

• Plumbing: Comprehensive water supply routing (NiroSan®-F, HERZ) and drainage systems with an emphasis on acoustic insulation (Geberit Silent sound-insulating system)
