WHAT IS THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE KLIMAK GROUP IN THE NEAREST YEARS? WE LEARNED ABOUT IT AT AN INTERNAL WORKSHOP.

From May 25th to 27th, a working workshop was held at the Wellness Hotel Chopok for all of our companies belonging to the KLIMAK group. The event was attended primarily by our internal employees, as well as key customers, suppliers, and partners with whom we have long-term cooperation or are initiating collaboration.

The main topic of the event was the forecast of the development of the KLIMAK group until 2027. The workshop was led by the Business Director of KLIMAK, Marek Vaško, who, during his presentation, evaluated the current state of the HVAC market and our achieved results. He then focused on specific steps and projects that the group plans to undertake in the coming years with the aim of achieving a turnover threshold of EUR 100 million. One of the agenda items was the recognition of the “Top Suppliers of the Year,” where representatives of Ptáček company took the first place, and the cutting of a cake to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of KLIMAK, which was jointly cut by our longest-serving colleagues.

After a short break, the workshop continued with its second part in the form of a panel discussion, which aimed to present new projects and collaborations that have been successfully implemented or are planned, and these were presented by individual employees responsible for specific projects. After this official working part, the meeting continued with a free program, which included an evening casino and, on the following day, a joint hiking trip to Žiarska chata and a dinner in a local hut.
