Our role in Vydrica V4

Construction of the Vydrica V4 residential project has begun in the heart of Bratislava. KLIMAK is actively involved in the implementation of HVAC systems, providing solutions focused on comfort, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Ventilation in the apartments is provided by a MANDÍK air handling unit with a capacity of 4,850 m³/h. Cooling is handled by SAMSUNG SPLIT units, ensuring high user comfort even during the summer months.

Two VIESSMANN gas boilers (total 240 kW) in the basement supply heat, distributed through REHAU low-temperature underfloor heating (45/35 °C). Summer comfort is achieved with REHAU ceiling radiant cooling and forced circulation at 18/23 °C.
