SKY PARK TOWER

We are commencing work on the Sky Park Tower project, where we will be responsible for implementing selected HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.

In the residential units from the 3rd to the 33rd floor, we will install underfloor heating using the REHAU VARIONOVA system, complemented by electric ladder radiators in the bathrooms. The solution will also include cooling systems designed for year-round operation and optimized for energy efficiency, incorporating modern cooling sources and distribution systems to supply individual apartments.

Ventilation solutions will primarily focus on the lower and underground areas of the building, where we will provide air circulation for garages, common areas, and administrative spaces using both central and compact ventilation units.

The Sky Park Tower project represents technologically demanding developments allowing us to fully apply our expertise in complex HVAC solutions for modern urban projects.
