Downtown Yards

At the  Downtown Yards project in Bratislava, we are currently continuing the implementation of HVAC, heating, and cooling systems. The development is a large-scale residential complex with mixed-use spaces.

We are currently working on the second and third phases of the project, where we are installing air handling units with heat recovery, as well as terminal devices to ensure a comfortable indoor environment. The solution also includes an extensive fancoil system designed for both residential and mixed-use areas.

The Downtown Yards project builds on our previous work in the Klingerka area, where we delivered complete HVAC, heating, and cooling solutions.

Construction of the project is progressing steadily, with individual buildings gradually moving into further stages of development.
