Buildings of the Year 2024 breathe with us!

In this year’s “Building of the Year 2024” competition, two projects we had the opportunity to work on were successful – and we are rightly proud of the results.

The title of Building of the Year went to the modern office building The Mill, which has risen in the Mlynské nivy zone. With its 17 floors and a height of almost 70 meters, it offers more than 25,000 m² of office space. At this project, KLIMAK was responsible for the complete delivery and installation of air-handling systems. The result is state-of-the-art technology that ensures a comfortable and healthy working environment every day.

Another major building on our record is Eurovea 2 – an iconic landmark on the Danube embankment. Here too, we implemented solutions in HVAC, heating, and cooling that provide ideal indoor conditions while contributing to the building’s overall energy efficiency.

We are proud that our technologies and our work stand behind the most striking projects of contemporary architecture — which is why we are the choice of those who build to win.
