Bratislava is preparing for the Downtown Yards project on the site of the former Klingerka complex. This multifunctional complex will consist of 80% residential units and 20% mixed-use spaces.w It includes several buildings, among them high-rises: SO 204 (18 floors), SO 202 (15 floors), and SO 203 (7 floors), intended mainly for housing. Smaller buildings (SO 205, 206, 207), up to three floors, will serve as offices and a kindergarten. Across the complex, there will also be three underground levels of garages and plant rooms (SO 201).
Our skilled team will deliver 37 Weger HVAC units that will provide ventilation and air-conditioning with low energy consumption, creating comfortable conditions for residents, offices, and commercial spaces. In addition, 33 recuperation units will be installed to recover heat from exhaust air and reduce the need for heating and cooling, supporting an ecological approach. The system will be complemented by 492 fan coil units for optimal temperature regulation in the buildings.
